Payment & Shipping
All orders taken through this website are processed offline in our store prior to shipping. You will be notified of any out of stock lines immediately.
Retail customers can make payment by Visa, Mastercard and American Express as well as direct banking or cheque.
Existing trade customers can place orders through this website - we will adjust your order pricing accordingly, in store.
Cost of shipping
All orders are processed manually so that we can determine the correct courier fee for your address, and parcel size. Once we have received your order, a courier delivery rate which may be lower than the rates offered, will be applied to your order by a staff member. You may also elect to drop in and collect the order yourself.
* Wellington including up to Plimmerton & Upper Hutt - $5.50
* Rest of North Island up to 20kg - $9.50
(Shoebox size orders up to 3kg to non-rural addresses will be charged at $5.50)
* South Island up to 15kg - $14.95
(Shoebox size orders up to 3kg for the South Island to non-rural addresses will be charged at $9.90)
* Store Pick-Up - $0.00
We ship to residential or business addresses within New Zealand on the business week-day following your order. 1-3 days delivery time is expected and you will be notified of any shortages or delays as soon as possible. Please note that we can't ship to Post Office boxes or to addresses outside of New Zealand. If you are sending gifts and don't know the recipients post code, please enter 1000.
From time to time there are heavy demands on particular products. As we deal mainly with small artisan suppliers and some of our range is seasonal, it is not always possible to replenish our supplies immediately. We apologise if one of the products you've chosen has sold out.
We strongly believe in recycling. Because of this your order will most likely be shipped in a re-used branded cardboard carton. If you are giving your order as a gift and would like it packed in new cardboard, please mention this in your message.
Warranties and returns
We guarantee the condition of all our stock. If you receive goods, which when opened turn out to be faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we will organise a replacement for you at our cost.
We encourage you to ask questions before you buy as we must decline to refund on-line purchases that do not involve products with an actual fault.
