About Truffle

Truffle now imports only wine, primarily for sale to restaurants and other retailers, but we have a number of private clients who understand our terms and conditions and who tolerate my grumpy-old-man nature. Truffle is unashamedly Eurocentric in taste. (This doesn't mean we have anything against local or Australian wines…far from it.) We represent many rare and some relatively unheard of European wineries. While we are primarily wholesalers our showroom is open to everyone. Please note that we do not ship overseas.

Hours - 10am to 3pm Tuesday to Saturday - closed long weekends.

Truffle Fine Wines - We have over 500 different European wines for you to choose from, with Grower Champagnes, Chablis, Beaujolais and Austrian wines being house specialties. Truffle are sole agents for many top European wineries as well as carrying small stocks of aged, well cellared wines. Please note that many of these wines are stored in our climate control cellars and are not on display in our store, or on this site. Simply drop us a line letting us know what you're looking for and if we don't have exactly what you want we can probably offer you an alternative from that region, and in your price bracket.

Please note: Because many of our wines are only available on an annual allocation basis, our in-house range changes on a monthly basis. Phone and email enquiries are welcome.

The Wine Safe
The sister business to Truffle Food & Wine, and located nearby, The WineSafe, is a secure, private, climate controlled facility, dedicated to the long term cellaring of wine. Established in 1992, The Wine Safe has over 300 long term customers, and over 25,000 bottles currently in its care. Sadly, we are currently FULL.
