CHABLIS

We represent three critically acclaimed Organic to Bio-dynamically certified producers who each produce quite different styles of Chablis.

Gilbert Picq (Organic), Patrick Piuze and Alice & Olivier De Moor - both Biodynamic.

Production is limited at all three estates with the Piuze and De Moor wines being highly sought after due to their ‘natural’ production.

The combination of small allocations and high demand does not make for happy customers.
