DIRLER-CADE - Alsace
Jean and Ludivine Dirler craft some of the most elegant wines in Alsace. The vineyard is Bio-dynamically run, creating wines that speak eloquently but softly of their terroir. These are wines that require a little ageing, but show brilliantly given 5-8 years in the cellar. The 2010s are simply gorgeous now but will keep for another 10 years.
