Welcome to our wine shop.

Truffle deals almost exclusively in European wines, and mainly in parcels of artisan produced wine in small quantities. The majority of the older wines listed here are only available in 2-4 bottle quantities, with single bottles mentioned specifically. These wines reside in, or came from, our climate controlled storage facility - The Wine Safe.

If you are mainly interested in our older wines, please enter the word 'winesafe' into our search engine to see the cellar stock  I'll do my best to update the site as time permits.

All the wines on our site come from Europe, but we do buy in fine and rare Australian and New Zealand wines from time to time when requested.  

Please note  - 

Wine is a persihable item. On wines that are up to 5 years old, we offer a limited, 3 month guarantee. This guarantee only applies to actual faults - TCA, bacterial spoilage etc. The faulty wine must be returned to us within 24 hours of your 1st notification. No refunds will be given otherwise, so please choose carefully. 

The words 'Web only price' indicate that this item is priced lower than our normal retail, and no further discounts are possible.

I do offer discounts on purchases of 6 bottles or more, but am unwilling to involve myself in price negotiations on single bottles. If you are looking for a particular wine from a specific vintage, drop me a line and let me know what you're after. We have access to a huge range and may know someone with a bottle in their cellar who would sell it for the right price.
