CELLIER DES CRAY - Savoie
Adrien Berlioz took over the family estate at the beginning of 2006. The Domaine encompasses about 5.5 hectares of vineyards in organic conversion, located in Chignin, one of the best villages in the Savoie. Adrien uses the "Lutte Raisonnée" method with minimal use of chemicals, and then only when absolutely unavoidable. He uses organic techniques trending towards Bio-dynamic, that he adapts to each parcels depending on the vintage.
