The 2007 Brut Nature is the perfect answer to hard times being of Champagne quality but priced lower than Champagne. The other Cavas in the range are the equivalents of (and are often better than) the big French Champagne houses in every sense except flavour, where the Spanish grape varieties lend their own influence to the style.
